CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: The wilderness zones described on this website—including the Durmitor mountain massif, Tara River Canyon, Luštica sea caves, and Prokletije mountain ridge—contain severe natural hazards including sudden alpine weather collapse, unmarked sinkholes, strong Adriatic cross-currents, rockfalls, and absence of cellular coverage.

All coordinates, route difficulties, sea temperature measurements, and ascent timelines are provided solely for editorial and informational purposes. Carnivalreelparad accepts ZERO liability for personal injury, mountain rescue fees, equipment damage, or loss of life incurred during autonomous exploration. Every adventurer is solely responsible for personal physical conditioning, hiring certified national mountain guides, and checking real-time meteorological reports from the Institute of Hydrometeorology and Seismology of Montenegro (ZHMS).

4. User Conduct and Digital Security

Users agree not to engage in any activity that undermines the integrity or stability of the digital platform, including:

• Injecting malicious scripts, brute-force exploits, or automated bot-crawling into our servers.
• Overloading our real-time rendering canvas or reverse-engineering client-side shader code.
• Falsifying identity when submitting dispatch inquiries or route requests to our Kotor base.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CARNIVALREELPARAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Montenegro. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Basic Court in Kotor (Osnovni sud u Kotoru), Montenegro.
